Learn the proper form, grips, and walks that lay the foundation for all Vertical Academy pole dance classes.You will also perform the "Dip and Lift", "Fireman", and "Back Hook". For your safety, Vertical 100 is a prerequisite to all other vertical classes, except for our Vertical Fitness class, as our instructors must ensure that you have mastered the techniques that will allow you to perform more advanced vertical tricks and choreography. Please, no shoes. For your safety, participation in class warm-up is required. Your shoulders will thank you!
