An all levels welcome, deep stretching and transitional pole dancing choreography class.45 minutes of deep stretching of your neck, back, and shoulders will lengthen and relax your muscles before learning, practicing, and performing 15 minutes of transitional pole choreography. If you've been wanting to work on increasing your flexibility and/or transitioning vertical exercises with grace, this is a pole class for you.
